Zuzanna Dolega

Urodzona w 1990 roku w Gdyni. Absolwentka Wydziału Malarstwa ASP w Gdańsku; dyplom w pracowni prof. Teresy Miszkin i prof. Tworzy również monumentalne instalacje-wycinanki. Laureatka licznych stypendiów: między innymi Rektora Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Gdańsku, Prezydenta Miasta Gdyni, Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego, Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego. Ogólnopolskiej Wystawy Tkaniny Unikatowej w Łodzi (2016), Nagrody Artystycznej Prezydenta Miasta Gdyni „Galion Gdyński” (za rok 2018). Uczestniczka wielu wystaw i projektów artystyczno-badawczych o zasięgu krajowym i międzynarodowym (między innymi: Niemcy, Macedonia, Tunezja). Marii Targońskiej w 2015 roku. Obecnie związana z Katedrą Rysunku Wydziału Malarstwa ASP w Gdańsku. Od 2012 roku specjalizuje się w technice pirografii, którą łączy (zawsze) ze sztuką papieru, tkaniną artystyczną, instalacjami dla miejsca, wykorzystującymi światło i grę cieni.

Born in 1990 in Gdynia. She graduated from the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk (2015), with a diploma supervised by Prof. Teresa Miszkin and Prof. Maria Targońska. She is affiliated with the Department of Drawing at the Faculty of Painting. Since 2012 she has specialised in pyrography, which she combines with paper art, textile practices and site-specific installations using light and shadow; she also creates large-scale cut-paper installations. Her interests include neuroaesthetics and synaesthesia in art. She has received numerous scholarships (including from the Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, the Mayor of Gdynia, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education), and has been nominated for major awards, including at national textile and art competitions. She has participated in exhibitions and artistic-research projects in Poland and abroad.
